Services

Sessions built around what your body is doing.

Every session opens with a short check-in — where you're tight, where you're guarding, what you're trying to get back to doing. Pressure and technique adjust from there.

Rehabilitative Massage & Bodywork

Comprehensive session — not time-based

A goal-focused massage and bodywork session designed to support individuals managing chronic pain, musculoskeletal restrictions, recurring muscle tension, decreased mobility, or recovery from injury and physical stress.

Each session is customized based on your current needs and may incorporate a combination of therapeutic massage, neuromuscular techniques, myofascial work, assisted stretching, Graston/IASTM, Active Release Techniques (ART), Muscle Energy Techniques (MET), decompression cupping, heat or infrared therapy, and therapeutic movement and self-care education.

The emphasis is not simply on temporary relaxation, but on helping you move better, manage pain, improve flexibility and mobility, reduce recurring flare-ups, and develop practical strategies for maintaining your progress between sessions.

Rehabilitative Massage & Bodywork may be appropriate for clients receiving care as part of a broader healthcare plan or those seeking a structured, non-pharmacological approach to managing chronic musculoskeletal discomfort.

Rehabilitative Massage & Bodywork is provided as a comprehensive session rather than a time-based massage service. Each visit includes ongoing assessment and an individualized combination of hands-on techniques, therapeutic movement, assisted stretching, modalities and self-care education based on your current presentation and functional goals.

There are no separate charges for individual techniques or modalities used during your session. Your therapist determines the appropriate combination of interventions based on assessment, response to treatment and your established plan of care.
